Our call out fee of £40.00 covers the call out and the first hour of service which in most cases is the repair, we then charge £10.00 per hour.
If we pick up and drop off your system then all you pay is £40.00 which covers the full repair.
The charges above do not include parts and if parts are required we will give you an on the spot estimate.
Our call out fee is payable on the first visit only for a single repair, any repairs afterword’s are new orders.
Example: if we come and discover parts are required then you do not pay for a second visit. Outwith Falkirk prices are subject to distance.
