Week 5 SDX placement
26th Feb- After our weekly meeting with SDX we were told to think more about how to display/packaging and what our story was, how we would convey all of this. This gave me a lot to think about and explore. Starting with packaging, I have gotten these brown boxes as I can easily customize them either with paper or simply stamp it with my logo. But on the inside it will be this plain black. As shown bellow.
So I decide to explore possibly putting a colored card insert, below are some quick mock ups of how this would look.
I find the last one to be the most suitable for the Aesthetic that I’m going for and will fit in with the brown boxes better.
After this I moved on to looking at possible ways to make the business card. Below is just some initial ideas that I will expand more later once I have gotten feedback from SDX this week.
Then finally for this week I thought about how to display the final product, these are just some rough sketches to get me started, later on once I have things more finished I will try these different ways of displaying on the shelf. The sketches are a good staring point but rather stagnant.
